Coming soonHow treatment works at Flow Clinic.
The goal is not just short-term symptom relief. We work through assessment, load control, rehab progression and return to activity.
Assess the injury
We assess pain location, mechanism, functional limits, work demands, footwear, gait and lower-limb movement patterns.
Reduce overload
Treatment may include manual therapy, taping, brace support, footwear changes, orthotics or shockwave when clinically appropriate.
Rebuild strength
Exercises are progressed based on pain, range of motion, strength, balance, walking tolerance and activity goals.
Return to movement
We guide return to walking, work, gym, running or sport with clear progressions and recurrence prevention advice.
Why we assess the whole lower limb.
Foot, ankle, knee and hip symptoms are often connected. A sore heel may be affected by calf capacity and footwear. Knee pain may be influenced by hip control, foot mechanics or running load.
That is why Flow Clinic focuses on how the lower limb moves as a system, not just where the pain is felt.
- Gait and walking assessment
- Footwear and work demand review
- Range of motion and strength testing
- Balance and functional movement assessment
- Rehab plan matched to activity goals
